Project Direction
Exploring the parallels between ecological systems and interior spaces. Our project statement is to create a “niche” that promotes different areas for personal quiet activities and public gathering spaces within a lobby.
Client
Low Tide Properties is a private real estate investment, development, and management company founded in 2011 by lululemon athletica founder, Chip Wilson.
- The Rendering -
Early renders of the lobby space within the Great Northern Way building.
- Observing the Flow -
This flow chart identifies the paths people most frequent. For example the red line, where people move through the front entrance to the elevator. We also found dead spaces, which in the future can be used as potential spaces for furniture.
