I'm Angela, I lead with entrepreneurial spirit and communicate with honesty. I am passionate about fostering connections with an open heart. I work as a Product Developer Assistant in the Accessories Bags team at lululemon. Here, I've been honing my skills and learning the process of globalizing products with my cross-functional teams.
In 2022, I graduated with an Industrial Design background from Emily Carr University in Vancouver. My practice revolved around working with underutilized materials such as reclaimed wood, deadstock fabric, and developing bio materials out of kombucha bacteria. For my capstone project I co-designed for our client, Low Tide Properties and created "niche," a modular lobby furniture set at 565 Great Northern Way. My work is grounded in sustainability and I enjoy viewing problem spaces from a human-centered experience.
Outside of my regular 9-5, I am a seamstress for LUMP Foundation, a non-profit organization bringing forth breast cancer awareness. I spend my weekends playing volleyball with friends and food blogging on instagram as a content creator with an audience of 6.5k followers @angelanomz.
